I have spent years working within estate agency, building businesses, leading teams and supporting agents through the realities of self-employment and business ownership.
I previously ran my own estate agency and spent more than six years as Operating Principal of Keller Williams Scotland. During that time, I worked closely with agents at different stages of their careers, helping them create stronger foundations, grow their businesses and become more confident leaders.
Alongside my estate agency experience, I am an author and Intuitive Psychology Coach. This has given me a deeper understanding of the thoughts, habits and beliefs that influence the choices we make in both life and business.
