Our Pricing

One-to-one consulting is offered on a monthly retainer, giving you consistent, ongoing access to expert support as your lettings business evolves.

The retainer is £650 + VAT per month. There are no fluctuating fees, no instruction-based charges, and no complicated tracking — just a clear, predictable monthly investment.

This gives you regular one-to-one support, practical guidance on Welsh compliance, and help tightening systems and processes as your business grows.
