Each session is designed around the things that actually matter when you’re building an estate agency. We’ll work on lead generation, market appraisals, conversion, fees, communication, client experience, productivity and the everyday challenges that come with running your own business.
This isn’t about sitting through hours of generic training. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss what’s happening in your business, ask questions, work through problems and learn from what other agents in the group are experiencing too.

Our Group Coaching Programme is £300 + VAT per person, per month, giving you ongoing access to practical coaching, accountability and the support of other ambitious estate agents who are serious about growing their businesses.
You’ll get regular live coaching with Hayley, the opportunity to work through challenges in your own business, learn from what’s working for other agents and leave each session with clear actions to implement.
