Whether you’re just starting out as a self-employed estate agent or you’ve already built a successful business and want to take it further, our one-to-one coaching gives you personalised support built around you and your business.
We’ll work closely with you to understand where you are now, what you want to achieve and what’s currently getting in the way. We’ll look at everything from lead generation and market appraisals to conversion, fees, client communication, productivity and the way you’re running your business.

Hayley’s one-to-one coaching is designed for estate agents who want dedicated, personalised support to help them build a stronger and more profitable business.
The investment is £750 + VAT per month, giving you regular one-to-one coaching sessions, clear actions, ongoing accountability and personalised support focused entirely on you and your business.
Rather than following a generic programme, we’ll focus on the areas that will make the biggest difference to your results – whether that’s generating more opportunities, winning more instructions, improving conversion, increasing fee confidence or simply running your business more effectively.
